Senior Engineering Specialist (Drive Assembly Equipment)

Location: Woodlands, Singapore, W1

What you will do

• Set up and complete buyoff for Drive Backend Assembly processes while meeting yield, cycle-time, and quality targets.
• Support product ID label buyoff in line with product specifications and standards.
• Monitor production yield, investigate excursions, map processes, implement containment, and identify root causes through hypothesis development and experiments.
• Propose corrective actions, report findings to engineers, and escalate issues according to PMP requirements.
• Perform data queries and analysis, monitor KPIVs and KPOVs, and manage Fast Triggering systems to sustain controlled operations.
• Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects focused on production efficiency and process sustainability.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong data querying, analytical, problem-solving, and solution implementation skills.
• Experience with process setup, buyoff, process mapping, and process control.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to challenging assignments.
• Proficient English with strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Manufacturing process experience.
