Senior Supervisor, Production

Location: Woodlands, Singapore, W2 and W3. Travel: None.

What you will do

• Lead operations training, certification, onboarding, and train-the-trainer activities.
• Manage and improve OJT, certification, LMS, training databases, content, and documentation.
• Measure training effectiveness, maintain compliance reports, and address competency gaps.
• Develop training programs and materials with subject matter experts and process owners.
• Oversee factory waste management, plastic recycling streams, tracking, and vendor coordination.
• Administer fixed-asset scrap processes and coordinate scrap sales, documentation, and performance reporting.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Training, or a related discipline.
• Experience in operations or manufacturing training, certification management, or workforce capability development.
• Experience leading or coordinating trainers or operational teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, coaching, and team-development skills.
• Good reporting, data analysis, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, LMS or digital training tools, and knowledge of continuous improvement, quality, or compliance systems.

Nice to have

• Exposure to surplus asset management, waste management, or sustainability activities.
• Familiarity with digital or video-based training tools.
