Sr Engineering Specialist (Drive Assembly - Equipment)

Location: Woodlands, Singapore. Travel: None.

What you will do

• Set up and complete buyoff for Drive Backend Assembly processes, ensuring yield, cycle time, and quality targets are met.
• Support product ID label buyoff and compliance with product specifications and standards.
• Monitor production yield, investigate excursions, map processes, establish hypotheses, design experiments, and identify root causes.
• Propose corrective actions, report findings to engineers, and escalate issues according to PMP requirements.
• Query and analyze production data, monitor KPIVs and KPOVs, and manage Fast Triggering systems to maintain stable operations.
• Collaborate with engineers and lead or participate in continuous improvement projects that increase production efficiency.

Requirements

• Diploma in engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong data querying, analytical, problem-solving, and solution implementation skills.
• Experience with process setup, buyoff, process mapping, and process control.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to challenging assignments.
• Proficient English with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Manufacturing process experience.
• Failure analysis experience.
