What you will do

• Advise division leadership and C-level stakeholders on organizational strategy, structure, talent, and organizational risk.
• Lead complex cross-organizational, multi-site projects from scoping and stakeholder alignment through execution and measurement.
• Design organizational structures, roles, decision rights, spans, layers, and operating rhythms.
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning, capability building, team formation, and leadership development.
• Design and execute change, communication, and engagement strategies for major organizational shifts.
• Use Workday, Workforce Dashboard, and independent analysis to support evidence-based HR recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; a Master's degree in organizational development, organizational psychology, behavioral sciences, or HR is advantageous.
• 10+ years of HR experience, including HRBP responsibility at division or business-unit level.
• Proven experience influencing executive-level decisions and owning cross-organizational projects with measurable business outcomes.
• Experience in a global corporation headquartered in the US and comfort working across matrix reporting lines and HQ-driven processes.
• Strong business acumen, organizational diagnosis, and solution development skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English required.

Nice to have

• Experience in multidisciplinary, engineering-intensive, or technology-intensive organizations.
• Deep hands-on experience in organizational development and organizational redesign.
