Legal Solutions Engineer (Legal AI): Designing, configuring, and implementing AI-enabled legal workflows for in-house legal teams with an accent on customer implementation, solution design, and legal operations. Focus on translating complex legal processes into structured systems, guiding stakeholders through change, and feeding customer insights back to Product and Engineering.
Location: New York, United States; in-office with office attendance as the default
Company
is building a legal operations platform that combines structured workflows and AI agents for in-house legal teams.
What you will do
- Lead implementation projects for new customers and configure the platform for legal use cases.
- Design workflows and automation tailored to each organisation.
- Work with legal teams and Legal Ops leaders to understand their processes and translate them into structured, AI-enabled workflows.
- Support customer onboarding, early adoption, and expansion into additional workflows.
- Partner with Account Management to identify growth opportunities.
- Share recurring customer insights and product requests with Product and Engineering.
Requirements
- Experience in legal tech, legal operations, or process transformation.
- Strong understanding of how in-house legal teams work.
- Experience managing customer projects and guiding stakeholders through change.
- Comfort working across legal and technical domains.
- Ability to turn complex or unstructured processes into clear systems.
- Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with customers.
Nice to have
- Background as a Legal Engineer, Legal Operations professional, lawyer transitioned into legal tech, or SaaS implementation or solutions consultant with legal experience.
