Oracle Cloud Business Analyst (Oracle SCM)

What you will do

• Lead Oracle Cloud implementation and Oracle E-Business Suite 11i enhancement projects across Sales, Operations, and Logistics.
• Work with Oracle implementation consultants, process owners, developers, and business users across the JAPAC region and global operations.
• Analyze business processes, define business requirements and functional designs, and recommend process improvements.
• Research, configure, test, document, and manage system changes, integrations, customizations, upgrades, and releases.
• Support system integration testing, user acceptance testing, validation plans, production issue resolution, and technical support.
• Develop procedures, training materials, and Oracle training sessions for business users.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 12 years of technical-functional experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12/11i implementations in Sales, Operations, and Logistics.
• Strong functional and technical knowledge of Oracle Order Management, Pricing, Quoting, Inventory, Costing, Purchasing, Shipping, Service, and related Finance modules.
• Experience with at least five full lifecycle Oracle Cloud, R12, or 11i implementations and global cross-functional teams.
• Project management skills, with familiarity with Agile, ITIL, and SDLC processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, leadership, and collaboration skills.

• Knowledge and experience with Oracle Cloud SaaS SCM.
