Lead Implementation Associate (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation of new clients on the Clearwater platform.
• Configure tailored solutions for accounting, compliance monitoring, performance measurement, risk analysis, and reporting.
• Deliver client training sessions and help users get value from the platform.
• Act as the primary client contact during implementation, resolving queries and troubleshooting issues.
• Coordinate requirements, project plans, delivery milestones, risks, and escalations with internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Communicate the platform’s value proposition clearly and credibly.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, written and spoken, is essential.
• Degree in financial markets, accounting, economics, audit, or a related field; a Master’s degree is advantageous.
• Experience in investment operations, investment accounting, financial reporting, middle office, back office, or a related financial services area.
• Knowledge of securities and financial markets; exposure to derivatives, fixed income, structured products, or alternatives is beneficial.
• Strong analytical, documentation, problem-solving, client communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.
