Process Engineering Specialist - Masters-Level Internship (AI)

Location: Remote, with hybrid options in Toronto.

Compensation: $32 per hour.

What you will do

• Analyze, design, and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop process models and simulations to evaluate potential improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend solutions for process-related issues.
• Monitor and report on process performance to support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a Master's program is mandatory.
• Background in process engineering, systems engineering, operations, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
• Proficient written and verbal English communication.
• Proficiency with process engineering tools such as Visio, AutoCAD, or similar, plus strong presentation and public speaking skills.
