Sr. Manager, Process Engineering

Location: Toronto, ON; hybrid arrangement with 2–3 days per week on-site at Toronto-81 Bay

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end process engineering and re-engineering projects.
• Implement process improvements that enhance client experience and profitability.
• Plan, develop, and implement process strategies for the bank.
• Set goals, motivate teams, and remove barriers to successful project delivery.
• Track project progress and provide management with status updates, feedback, and reporting.
• Mentor process engineers in process engineering and improvement methodologies.

Requirements

• Experience leading diverse, high-performing teams and coaching team members.
• Experience applying a process improvement methodology.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to investigate complex problems, analyze information, and develop creative solutions.
• Experience managing project progress, objectives, reporting, and completion.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada and able to provide a valid work or study permit where applicable.
