Strategy & Business Development Intern (AI)

Location: Remote, with hybrid options in Toronto

Compensation: $32 CAD per hour, paid in common shares of the corporation at fair market value

hirify.global is a Toronto-based Language Synthesis AI company, and NovaForge is its AI accelerator and incubator supporting projects across diverse industries.

What you will do

• Analyze business performance data to identify growth and strategic improvement opportunities.
• Support business plans, forecasts, and strategic objectives aligned with company goals.
• Conduct market analysis covering trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives and monitor performance.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
• Identify risks and opportunities and provide actionable insights for risk management and planning.

Requirements

• Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management, or a related field.
• Master’s program enrollment or completion is preferred but not required; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong understanding of business strategy development, planning, and market analysis.
• Experience with Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI, as well as financial modeling.
• Familiarity with strategic planning frameworks, competitive analysis, forecasting, trend analysis, and KPI development.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, independent-working, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s program enrollment or completion.
• Experience in an AI startup or business development environment.
