Associate, Strategy & Operations (Dasher & Logistics)

Location: Hybrid role based in Toronto, Ontario or Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, with time in-office and remotely.

Salary: CAD 86,500–108,000 annual base salary, localized by employee work location.

What you will do

• Manage Dasher supply health across Canadian markets, covering acquisition, mobilization, and retention.
• Identify regional supply gaps, diagnose root causes, and deploy targeted interventions.
• Design and optimize programs that attract and retain quality Dashers.
• Manage supply during weather events, local events, seasonal demand shifts, and other changing operating conditions.
• Conduct data-driven analyses, model program impact, and provide recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Partner with Product, Finance, Analytics, Legal, and Operations on supply strategy and marketplace outcomes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, technology, finance, or a related field.
• Experience supporting operational areas or projects with exposure to quality and performance metrics.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort using data and AI tools to diagnose issues, prioritize work, and track impact.
• Experience or coursework/internships in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with competing priorities.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
