What you will do

• Design and maintain enterprise-grade Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions.
• Develop complex DAX measures and semantic models to support scalable data analysis.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable visualizations.
• Optimize report performance, data refresh processes, and governance standards.
• Identify and implement AI-driven capabilities to enhance analytics and user productivity.
• Ensure data quality and accuracy through rigorous testing and validation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence solution development.
• 4+ years of hands-on Power BI experience with enterprise reporting.
• Advanced expertise in DAX, Power Query, and semantic modeling.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Solid understanding of dimensional modeling and data warehousing concepts.
• Must be based in Toronto to support the hybrid work model.

Nice to have

• Experience with Snowflake, dbt, and modern cloud data platforms.
• Familiarity with Python for analytics and automation.
• Experience with AI-driven insights, forecasting, or anomaly detection.
