Power BI Specialist (Microsoft Power BI)

Location: hirify.global headquarters in Würzburg, Germany; occasional late meetings may be required for coordination with Microsoft Headquarters in Redmond.

What you will do

• Replace dashboards across all 12 hirify.global HR modules with Power BI reports.
• Analyze HR KPI needs with Product Management and HR Best Practice Consultants, then design decision-supporting visualizations.
• Build performant Dataverse-based data models and DAX measures for customers with large employee populations.
• Plan and execute a gradual dashboard migration while maintaining continuity for existing customers.
• Coordinate with developers to embed reports into the solution and test them against real-world scenarios.
• Work directly with customers to turn reporting needs into reusable visualizations and introduce AI features such as Copilot-based natural-language customization.

Requirements

• Several years of professional Power BI experience and independently delivered reporting projects.
• Strong proficiency in DAX and Power Query, with experience building performant data models for large data volumes.
• Experience designing reports for end customers with a strong user-oriented approach.
• Experience connecting complex data sources; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Dataverse is advantageous.
• Knowledge of HR KPIs such as employee turnover, time-to-hire, and sickness or absence rates, or the ability to quickly learn the subject matter.
• Confident communication in German and English is required.
