What you will do

• Define and implement the Target Operating Model and support model for complex IT infrastructure and transformation programs.
• Integrate operational requirements from the Build phase and structure ITIL-based Incident, Problem, Change, Monitoring, CMDB, Backup, and Restore processes.
• Define RACI structures, escalation paths, SLAs, OLAs, operational KPIs, and Run Readiness criteria.
• Lead Service Transition, Go-Live, Hypercare, and Operational Acceptance activities.
• Coordinate technical teams, stakeholders, and external suppliers while representing the Run perspective.
• Ensure documentation, knowledge transfer, and effective support procedures.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in IT Service Management, IT Operations, or Service Transition.
• ITIL certification and strong knowledge of ITIL principles.
• Understanding of networks, servers, virtualization, storage, backup, IAM, and monitoring.
• Experience with Go-Live, Hypercare, and Build-to-Run transitions.
• Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to structure complex environments.
• French mother tongue and fluent English required.
