Team Lead (Software Delivery)

What you will do

• Lead a cross-functional team toward consistent delivery of high-quality product increments.
• Own capacity planning, budget planning, release planning, high-level roadmaps, and risk management.
• Act as the main contact for clients and provide transparency on progress, budget, issues, and successes.
• Remove impediments, secure timely decisions, and help the team ship working software.
• Facilitate agile ways of working, retrospectives, and collaboration across teams and clients.
• Build psychological safety, manage performance, and develop individual team members.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of leadership experience in a software development environment.
• Background in delivery with a strong interest in product development and a passion for software development.
• Proven Scrum Master experience and a deep understanding of agile practices and frameworks.
• Experience with agile leadership, Scrum, agile coaching, and people coaching.
• Strong communication, presentation, organization, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent Dutch and English with excellent communication skills required.
