eCommerce Vendor Management Lead – China

What you will do

• Lead vendor selection, onboarding, governance, and lifecycle management for the China market.
• Develop the vendor ecosystem, including backup strategies, strategic sourcing, and cost optimization.
• Manage vendor relationships, business reviews, performance tracking, and stakeholder communication.
• Monitor data accuracy, completeness, timeliness, compliance, and other vendor performance KPIs.
• Drive corrective actions, continuous improvement, operational stability, and efficient issue resolution.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science, Operations, Procurement, Finance, and Legal teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Economics, Data, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in vendor management, eCommerce data, procurement, or a related area.
• Strong knowledge of China’s eCommerce ecosystem, including Alibaba, JD, and Tmall.
• Experience in vendor management and sourcing, with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, ownership, and accountability skills.
• Proficiency in both Mandarin and English is required.
