What you will do
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement efficient clinical trial operations.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for trial execution.
- Provide operational support and guidance to project teams throughout the trial lifecycle.
- Monitor trial progress and address issues or deviations in a timely manner.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency and quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Experience in clinical trial operations, preferably within a contract research organization or pharmaceutical environment.
- Strong understanding of clinical trial regulations, guidelines, and industry standards.
- Strong project and program management skills, including prioritization and deadline management.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
