TL;DR
PMO Analyst (Programme Delivery): Supporting the delivery of key programmes across E.ON Next through planning, RAID management, reporting, risk analysis and stakeholder coordination with an accent on connecting information across teams and identifying delivery dependencies. Focus on analysing programme data, translating complex information into actionable recommendations, and challenging assumptions to keep delivery on track.
Location: Hybrid role based at offices in Nottingham, Solihull or London, with travel to other sites when required.

What you will do
- Develop and maintain programme plans with stream leads, including milestones, activities and dependencies.
- Support RAID management by identifying risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies and driving follow-up actions.
- Monitor programme progress, schedule variances, emerging risks and potential delivery roadblocks.
- Analyse information from multiple sources and provide clear insights, recommendations and updates for governance and decision making.
- Coordinate with programme teams and stakeholders to resolve challenges and maintain accurate delivery information.
- Improve PMO processes, reporting and ways of working.
Requirements
- Experience in a PMO, project delivery or change environment.
- Strong planning, organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience supporting project plans, RAID management and programme reporting.
- Ability to identify trends, assess impacts and translate complex information into meaningful actions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence to challenge and influence others.
- Ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
Nice to have
- Experience with large-scale transformation or change programmes.
- Knowledge of PMO tools, governance frameworks or delivery methodologies.
- Experience with financial information, budget tracking and managing dependencies across multiple teams or programmes.
