Company

hirify.global develops commercially deployed humanoid robots that work alongside people in warehouses, manufacturing facilities, and distribution centers.

What you will do

  • Plan and execute systems integration for complex electromechanical humanoid robots with engineering leads across mechanical, electrical, firmware, and software disciplines.
  • Maintain integration plans, Jira projects, dashboards, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and program documentation.
  • Lead planning sessions, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, status reviews, and technical discussions across engineering and program leadership.
  • Own the roadmap and timeline for a new Hardware-in-the-Loop test capability, including automated test development and coverage across subsystems and full systems.
  • Coordinate benches, rigs, and simulation environments, and remove blockers affecting test execution.
  • Use test coverage, automation status, and failure-trend data to support decisions about what ships.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in technical program management, systems integration, or hardware/robotics engineering, including 3+ years leading cross-functional technical programs.
  • Experience building and managing integration plans covering schedules, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation for complex electromechanical systems.
  • Strong understanding of systems engineering, system bring-up, integration testing, and interfaces between hardware, firmware, and software.
  • Experience running technical discussions directly with engineers and accurately representing their work to cross-functional partners and leadership.
  • Proficiency with Jira and Confluence, including building dashboards or reports that show program health.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.

Nice to have

  • Experience with humanoid robotics, autonomous systems, aerospace, automotive manufacturing, or other complex electromechanical platforms.
  • Familiarity with hardware, firmware, and software release processes and configuration management.
  • Direct experience designing, standing up, or scaling Hardware-in-the-Loop test systems, automated test frameworks, or simulation-based validation environments.
  • Background in reliability tracking, issue management, and root cause analysis.
  • PMP/PgMP certification or equivalent practical rigor.

Culture & Benefits

  • Hybrid work arrangement with flexibility for remote work on Monday and Friday.
  • Full-time benefits include a 401(k) with a 6% company match, stock options, company-paid medical, dental, vision, and disability insurance, and benefits from the first day.
