Senior Technology Operations

Salary: $105,498.00–$155,000.00 per year, plus annual or quarterly performance incentives.

What you will do

• Manage financial plans, delivery schedules, cost expenditure, resource estimation, and risks for multiple projects within technology programs.
• Define program goals, deliverables, schedules, accountability matrices, milestones, and work modules for medium- to high-complexity projects.
• Monitor project progress, health, dependencies, risks, and timelines, taking corrective measures when programs fall behind.
• Coordinate cross-functional and technology-pillar meetings and build stakeholder consensus through structured data-driven communication.
• Translate business and domain requirements into projects, activities, tasks, and tangible technology solutions aligned with the technology strategy.
• Develop business cases, operational processes, and ways of working focused on return on investment or cost savings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business, Information Systems, Project or Program Management, Information Technology, Finance, Management, or a related field, plus 3 years of experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related experience; alternatively, 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing technology operations and delivery with Agile and SAFe methodologies.
• Experience with product and program lifecycle management, including planning, execution, and maintenance of enterprise technology initiatives.
• Experience using cloud computing technologies, including Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform, for deployment, monitoring, and support.
• Experience implementing and maintaining data management and analytics platforms for large-scale technology operations.
• Experience developing operational governance and compliance processes and using risk management frameworks for control, accountability, and regulatory adherence.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and large-scale technology programs.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, project documentation, schedules, and risk mitigation plans.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to translate business requirements into actionable technical deliverables. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.
