What you will do

• Perform process setup and buyoff for Drive Backend Assembly to ensure yield, cycle time, and quality targets are met.
• Monitor production yield to detect excursions, conduct process mapping, and implement immediate containment.
• Design experiments to identify root causes of production issues and propose corrective actions.
• Analyze KPIVs/KPOVs and manage Fast Triggering systems to maintain stable and controlled operations.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to achieve aggressive goals while upholding high-quality standards.
• Lead continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing production efficiency.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering or related disciplines.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Woodlands, Singapore.
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
• Strong data querying and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

• Experience in the manufacturing process.
