What you will do

• Sustain critical backend manufacturing processes by monitoring daily yield, test time, scrap, and key indicators.
• Develop scripts using Python, C, C++, and SQL for automated testing and data crunching.
• Perform structured root cause analysis using 5 Why, Fishbone, and DMAIC to resolve process excursions.
• Create and maintain test process documentation, including work instructions, PFMEA, and control plans.
• Collaborate with equipment and automation teams to optimize recipes and reduce failure modes.
• Lead continuous improvement projects aimed at increasing sustainable production efficiency.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Must be based in or authorized to work in Singapore.

Nice to have

• Experience in manufacturing process environments.
• Exposure to process setup, buyoff, and process mapping.
• Working knowledge of Python, C, C++, or SQL for automation and scripting.
• Experience supporting documentation such as PFMEA or control plans.
• Background in failure analysis.
