Associate I, Master Data Management (HR Master Data - Japanese Speaker)

What you will do

• Resolve day-to-day HR service tickets globally through Workday and ServiceNow.
• Act as the first point of contact for questions from associates and managers.
• Process employment verifications, personnel file administration, new hire processes, employee data changes, onboarding, and colleague referrals.
• Maintain associate records in the BOX repository while protecting confidential employee data.
• Create and maintain SOPs, policies, guidelines, and other HR documentation.
• Handle client requests with detailed responses and collaborate effectively within the team.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in HR Shared Services is preferred.
• Experience or interest in supporting Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, and the Philippines.
• Knowledge of Workday and ServiceNow is relevant to the role.
• Strong attention to data accuracy, confidentiality, compliance, and process adherence.
• Good Japanese language skills are preferred.
