Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist

What you will do

• Perform accounts receivable activities, including preparing and amending customer invoices, special billing reconciliations, and partner billing files.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer billing accuracy.
• Validate billing inputs and maintain system integrity.
• Support month-end reconciliations, financial statement audit schedules, and other close processes.
• Assist with billing system migration initiatives.
• Conduct ad hoc financial and operational analysis and support accounting and finance projects.

Requirements

• 2+ years of related accounting experience or a bachelor's degree, preferably in business.
• Excellent interpersonal, decision-making, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of Excel.
• Ability and willingness to learn and collaborate with a team.

Nice to have

• SaaS industry experience.
• Experience with Salesforce and/or NetSuite.
