What you will do

• Invoice clients accurately and timely while tracking and resolving payment issues.
• Manage a dedicated portfolio of accounts to reach monthly cash collection goals.
• Prepare detailed and customized aging reports and reconciliations for customers.
• Collaborate with Sales and Timesheet Verification teams to resolve billing inaccuracies.
• Perform unapplied cash reconciliation when invoice details are missing.
• Create and provide documentation for credit memos as necessary.

Requirements

• 1+ years of recent experience in billing or customer invoicing dispute resolution.
• Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, V-Lookups, and Concatenate formulas.
• High attention to detail.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Atlanta, Georgia.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Great Plains.
• Experience with High Radius Cash Application or Deductions Software.
• Experience with E-recruit.
