What you will do

• Support the Senior Designer throughout the design process, from concepts, mood boards, and colour palettes to final product sign-off.
• Develop premium and directional collections for Arrange & Wedding, including denim, knitwear, tailoring, outerwear, casual jersey, and woven separates.
• Apply mid-market luxury expertise to fabric sourcing, garment detailing, fit, and product quality.
• Research global street style, runway shows, and cultural shifts to identify relevant trends.
• Collaborate with buyers, pattern cutters, and garment technologists to deliver designs at pace.
• Present concepts and ranges to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing apparel for an established mid-market luxury or premium brand.
• Experience across multiple apparel categories, including eveningwear and embellishment.
• Experience creating inspirational print collections.
• Strong understanding of premium garment construction, patternmaking, tailoring, fabric behaviour, and fit.
• Ability to balance high-end aesthetics with commercial online fashion requirements.
• High proficiency in Procreate, Photoshop, and current AI digital design tools, supported by a strong portfolio.
