Proposals Development Associate I/II or Senior (Clinical Research)

What you will do

• Lead the preparation and development of client proposals, including cost estimates, timelines, and scope of work documents.
• Collaborate with clinical operations, project management, and finance to gather information and ensure proposal accuracy.
• Research client requirements, competitive landscapes, and market trends to inform proposal strategies.
• Manage proposal workflows, status tracking, review cycles, internal processes, and deadlines.
• Maintain proposal templates, databases, and supporting management tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in proposal development, clinical research, or a related role in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Familiarity with proposal management software or CRM systems.
