Adobe CMS Developer (AEM)

Location: 100% remote within the United States

What you will do

• Develop and maintain Adobe Experience Manager components, templates, workflows, and enterprise digital experiences.
• Build AEM solutions with Java, OSGi, Sling Models, HTL, and Servlets.
• Develop headless CMS solutions using Content Fragments and GraphQL.
• Customize AEM Assets and workflows and integrate AEM with Adobe Experience Cloud and external systems.
• Optimize site performance, Dispatcher caching, and deployments.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and troubleshoot production issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Adobe AEM development experience; the position is intended for experienced developers.
• Strong expertise in Java, OSGi, Sling, HTL, and AEM architecture.
• Experience with AEM 6.5 and/or AEM as a Cloud Service.
• Hands-on experience with Content Fragments, GraphQL, headless CMS, Dispatcher, CI/CD pipelines, and performance optimization.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States as a U.S. citizen, Green Card holder, EAD holder, or H-1B transfer candidate.
• New H-1B visa petitions cannot be sponsored for this position.

Nice to have

• Adobe Certified AEM Developer certification.
• Experience with Edge Delivery Services, formerly Franklin/HLX.
• Knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform.
• Experience integrating AEM with Magento or Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
• Experience supporting multi-brand or multi-region AEM implementations.
