USA Sr. Specialist, Pricing (Hybrid-DFW Area)

Annual base pay: $54,375–$92,500 USD

What you will do

• Analyze, research, and price prime and nonprime products for strategic partners.
• Develop portfolio reporting, business proposals, and data-driven insights supporting revenue, risk, volume, and profitability objectives.
• Build pricing frameworks incorporating credit risk, customer behavior, collateral trends, and market data.
• Lead cross-functional reviews of key metrics, identify root causes, and develop action plans for performance trends.
• Prepare executive-level summaries and present business stories based on quantitative analysis.
• Coordinate strategic pricing changes from initiation through final system implementation while improving data quality, reporting, and automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance, economics, business analytics, data analytics, or a related field.
• Ability to analyze data and develop sound business conclusions.
• Experience using SQL, SAS, or Python to extract and process data from multiple sources.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel pivot tables, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, organization, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work full-time in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Two or more years of analytics experience in financial services.
• Two or more years of auto financial services or retail lending pricing experience.
• Established work history or equivalent experience through training, military service, or education.
