Project Manager, Firecrest (Clinical Research)

What you will do

• Act as the primary client contact for assigned clinical trial projects.
• Lead the implementation, delivery, and closeout of Firecrest digital solutions.
• Train clients and study teams through virtual and in-person sessions.
• Monitor platform utilization, drive adoption and compliance, and manage client issues and change requests.
• Coordinate internal teams, stakeholder communications, project budgets, invoicing, and revenue recognition activities.
• Support business development through product demonstrations and presentations while identifying opportunities to expand client partnerships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Experience in project management, client services, customer support, training, or digital solutions delivery.
• Strong client relationship management, stakeholder engagement, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.
• Experience resolving client issues and managing change requests.
• Willingness to travel as required.
