What you will do

• Manage regional maintenance operations and provide day-to-day oversight of maintenance personnel.
• Manage contract bidding, vendor selection, vendor performance, and maintenance programs across assigned facilities.
• Ensure preventive maintenance, documentation, change control, Methods of Procedure, and risk management requirements are completed.
• Manage annual maintenance budgets, repair-related expenses, capital replacement submissions, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Assess equipment lifecycle risks, recommend replacements, and support infrastructure improvements and failures.
• Supervise, train, and develop maintenance personnel and data center technicians while responding to emergency situations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience working in a data center environment.
• Strong knowledge of data center electrical and mechanical infrastructure, including generators, UPS systems, transformers, distribution, chillers, and HVAC.
• Functional knowledge of HVAC, fire alarm, building management systems, and electrical systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Certification or formal training in electrical systems is preferred.
