What you will do

• Plan, execute, and deliver IRT projects aligned with clinical trial requirements and regulatory standards.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with clinical operations and technology specialists.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while monitoring progress and outcomes.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and address project-related issues.
• Track developments in IRT technology to improve project delivery and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of project management experience in clinical research, specifically with IRT systems.
• Prior IRT User Acceptance Testing experience, including writing and executing test scripts and completing UAT documentation.
• Experience with vendor management.
• Strong leadership, organization, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, project management, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
