Financial Modeling Internship (AI)

Location: Remote, with hybrid options in Toronto or Chicago.

Compensation: $32 per hour.

hirify.global is a Toronto-based Language Synthesis AI company developing technology that removes language barriers and enables access to information in any language.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain complex financial models for business planning, forecasting, and decision-making.
• Analyze financial data and create projections for different business scenarios.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and validate model assumptions.
• Prepare financial reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Evaluate project and investment performance, profitability, and risk.
• Help develop valuation models for potential investments and M&A activities.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a mandatory Master's-level program in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and financial software.
• Ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent organization, multitasking, communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
• Proficient English communication, both verbal and written, is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with financial analysis, forecasting, and valuation.
