Jr. Critical Infrastructure Engineer (Data Center)

Location: On-site in Centennial, Colorado, United States

Salary: $75,000–$90,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus benefits.

What you will do

• Monitor maintenance methods, standards, and operating procedures for facility equipment.
• Support daily operations of power, HVAC, life safety, and other critical infrastructure systems.
• Collaborate with the Chief Engineer on customer space, power, and cooling solutions.
• Provide technical support for customer installations and integrations.
• Maintain facility and compliance reports and respond promptly to operational incidents.
• Coordinate solutions with operations management, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of facility operations experience in data centers, telecommunications, or similar mission-critical environments.
• Foundational knowledge of UPS, generators, mechanical systems, and fire safety systems.
• Understanding of building automation, energy management, and mechanical and electrical control systems.
• Ability to work in high-pressure, high-availability 24/7/365 environments, including emergency response and vendor coordination.
• Familiarity with maintenance management and ticketing platforms.
• Strong communication, multitasking, time management, and MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
