TL;DR
Analyst - Change Enablement (Change Management): Supporting enterprise technology adoption by assessing change impacts, developing communications and training materials, and gathering stakeholder feedback with an accent on organizational readiness, process improvement, and user enablement. Focus on facilitating workshops, measuring adoption outcomes, and coordinating business, product, vendor, and ITS stakeholders across technology implementations.
Location: Memphis, TN, United States; travel approximately 10–15% as required.

What you will do
- Support change enablement strategies and plans for enterprise technology implementations and enhancements.
- Assess stakeholder readiness and change impacts, gather feedback, and support mitigation planning.
- Create communications, training materials, digital learning resources, job aids, knowledge articles, and AI-enabled support resources.
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, demonstrations, and stakeholder discussions.
- Analyze and improve business processes affected by technology initiatives and help document business requirements.
- Monitor adoption metrics and training effectiveness while supporting change champion networks and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in change enablement, change management, organizational development, training, business analysis, process improvement, technology adoption, or related disciplines.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, organizational development, communications, education, information systems, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience supporting technology implementations within a structured change framework such as Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, or a hybrid approach.
- Strong verbal, written, presentation, facilitation, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Visio, learning management systems, and digital learning tools.
- Knowledge of business process analysis and improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile.
Nice to have
- Prosci Change Management Certification.
- Six Sigma Green Belt.
- Experience with enterprise-wide digital transformation and digital learning content.
- Experience measuring technology adoption outcomes.
