Laboratory Proj Coordinator I

What you will do

• Support Project Managers and senior Project Coordinators with the day-to-day monitoring of clinical trials.
• Prepare internal management reports, including open status and commented results reports.
• Prepare external management reports for review by Project Managers.
• Create study setup documents from templates, including communication and escalation plans and laboratory forms.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders while following hirify.global’s commitments to People, Clients, and Performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as life sciences or healthcare.
• Advanced English proficiency required for meetings, documentation, and communication with international stakeholders.
• Prior experience in clinical research or project management is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
