Solutions Engineer (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Partner with sales to develop and execute technical account and opportunity plans.
• Understand customer business objectives, IT strategies, application environments, security priorities, and operational requirements.
• Propose hirify.global solutions and connect technical capabilities with business outcomes.
• Build trusted relationships with technical stakeholders, architects, decision-makers, and partners.
• Deliver presentations, workshops, solution designs, demonstrations, and proofs of concept.
• Design solutions, identify technical risks and evaluation criteria, support opportunity forecasting, and collaborate with specialist SEs, Product Management, Support, and Professional Services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge and professional experience.
• At least eight years of experience in the IT industry.
• Pre-sales, solution consulting, architecture, design, or implementation experience supporting Enterprise or Communications Service Provider customers.
• Experience with large or complex accounts involving multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of networking, application delivery, security, cloud, or infrastructure technologies.
• Professional-level Japanese communication skills and English sufficient for collaboration with internal stakeholders; ability to travel to customer and partner locations as required.
