What you will do

• Design mechanical structures for high-power-density power modules using 3D and 2D CAD.
• Perform tolerance analysis and develop mechanical design solutions.
• Recommend manufacturing processes and materials for mechanical components.
• Conduct mechanical simulation analysis and collaborate with thermal design engineers to optimize thermal management.
• Establish and maintain mechanical design standards and guidelines.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience with power modules.
• Experience in mechanical structural design.
• Proficiency with relevant simulation and modeling software.
• Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills.
• Ability to propose flexible and diverse engineering solutions.

• Experience in thermal design and thermal management optimization.
