Project Manager, Laboratory (Clinical Research)

What you will do

• Coordinate project and programme management delivery for laboratory-related clinical studies.
• Act as the sponsor's main contact for hirify.global services and manage day-to-day study activities.
• Represent hirify.global at sponsor meetings and communicate study progress professionally.
• Manage 10–15 studies in accordance with Good Clinical Practice and applicable regulatory standards.
• Prepare regular management reports, resolve issues, and provide ICOLAB support to sponsor personnel.
• Contribute to team capability development and maintain client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field.
• Previous project management experience in a laboratory or clinical research setting.
• Experience managing multiple studies concurrently while following regulatory standards and guidelines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for sponsor meetings and stakeholder management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing study documentation and timelines.
• Must be located in Buenos Aires or Mexico City for this remote role.
