SES Project Lead (Clinical Trials)

What you will do

• Coordinate the planning and implementation of Site Enablement Solutions with pre- and post-award stakeholders.
• Develop delivery strategies, operational plans, timelines, and risk management plans for large, multi-region studies and programs.
• Determine internal resourcing, coordinate site adoption, and support quality resource placement within project timelines.
• Communicate progress, strategy, recommendations, and updates to sponsors and internal project teams.
• Manage project scope, budgets, objectives, KPIs, quality of deliverables, and workflow compliance.
• Facilitate study meetings and represent Site Enablement Solutions at site- and sponsor-facing meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience, including clinical trial services experience.
• At least 5 years of clinical trial experience, 3 years with a CRO or clinical trial services provider, and 3 years in a Project Manager role.
• Advanced English proficiency required for work with global projects and teams.
