Salary: $65,500–$125,500 per year

What you will do

• Support adoption of AI-enabled tools, automation platforms, and advanced digital technologies across Clinical Sciences.
• Design, implement, and govern knowledge management and digital collaboration solutions.
• Develop and maintain SharePoint sites, digital workspaces, collaboration hubs, portals, and channels.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into practical, scalable digital capabilities.
• Coordinate project activities, communications, stakeholder engagement, and technology adoption.
• Identify improvements to workflows, processes, and digital experiences while sharing best practices across teams.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in knowledge management, digital collaboration, operations, IT, business process improvement, or digital transformation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams.
• Experience with SharePoint site design, content management, and governance.
• Ability to learn and apply new technologies in a continuously evolving environment.
• Bachelor’s degree and experience supporting cross-functional or enterprise-wide initiatives are preferred.

• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools, automation platforms, or workflow technologies.
