Technical Project Manager (AI)

Location: NYC-Metro, United States; hybrid

Base compensation: $150,000–$175,000 annually, plus annual bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end project lifecycle from post-sales kickoff through final delivery.
• Serve as the primary client contact, provide transparent updates, manage expectations, and address scope changes.
• Coordinate hirify.global and client engineering, product, design, legal, and sourcing teams.
• Identify delivery risks and technical bottlenecks, creating proactive mitigation plans.
• Improve implementation playbooks to scale delivery while maintaining quality.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in technical project management, implementation, or technical account management.
• Experience with enterprise-level deployments, ideally in fintech, banking, or SaaS.
• Experience in high-growth startups or client-facing consulting roles.
• Strong communication skills, including presenting to C-suite executives and discussing technical requirements with developers.
• Understanding of regulated industries, data security, and compliance constraints.
• Ability to work in a hybrid role based in the NYC-Metro area.

Nice to have

• PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification.
