Location: Phoenix, AZ; full-time onsite at the client site for 6–12 months

What you will do
- Lead large, high-profile, complex technology programs spanning multiple projects and workstreams.
- Create and manage integrated Microsoft Project master plans with dependency mapping and risk evaluations.
- Produce senior-level reports and executive PowerPoint presentations from Excel-based reporting.
- Run weekly reporting cadences and facilitate meetings involving stakeholders across organizational levels.
- Analyze reports for accuracy, completeness, clarity, and alignment with overall program messaging.
Requirements
- Must hold a PMP certification and reside in Phoenix.
- Proven experience successfully leading very large, complex programs.
- Expert written and verbal communication skills with meticulous technical writing ability.
- Expert knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Project.
- Experience with program-level reporting, integrated planning, dependency management, and risk evaluation.
- Knowledge of technology project management, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
Nice to have
- SharePoint designer experience; at minimum, administrator-level support experience with the latest version.
- Additional technical skills relevant to PMO operations.
