What you will do

  • Study molecular mechanisms involved in hematological malignancies.
  • Investigate dysregulated processes driving leukemia initiation and therapy resistance.
  • Lead a research project integrating genomics, epigenomics, and immunology.
  • Apply CRISPR-based tools, single-cell multi-omics, and cancer mouse models.
  • Identify new therapeutic strategies through interdisciplinary research and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Ph.D. in cell biology, molecular biology, genetics, or a related field.
  • Strong training in molecular biology, cell biology, and next-generation sequencing technologies.
  • At least one first-author publication in a peer-reviewed journal.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Nice to have

  • Experience in computational biology.
  • Experience with genetic screens and single-cell technologies.
  • Early scientific independence demonstrated through the JAX Scholars Program.
