IT Site Infrastructure Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Johns Creek, Georgia, United States. No travel or relocation assistance; sponsorship assistance is not available.

What you will do

• Manage the lifecycle, integration, and delivery of local infrastructure services across manufacturing, distribution, R&D, and administration.
• Oversee data centers, networks, firewalls, compute, servers, backups, capacity, vulnerabilities, cybersecurity, PCs, and printing services.
• Maintain infrastructure stability and maximum uptime for a highly automated site operating 24x7x360.
• Handle escalated incidents and problems, provide on-call support, and coordinate responses to audits and compliance findings.
• Partner with business and global IT teams to define requirements, propose standards-aligned solutions, and coordinate project priorities and budgets.
• Manage vendors and stakeholders, document technical knowledge, and guide third-party deskside support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent directly related experience; five years of relevant experience required.
• Fluent English communication skills are required.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows, Windows Server, enterprise networking, data centers, Active Directory, storage, and print services.
• Experience with cybersecurity, vulnerability management, service management processes, and ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, MES, SCADA, PLCs, instrumentation, and manufacturing IT/OT environments.
• Ability to support 24x7 operations and work weekends, holidays, or outside office hours when needed.

Nice to have

• Technical degree and seven to ten years of relevant experience.
• Microsoft Windows and network certifications.
• Experience in medical device or pharmaceutical industries.
• Knowledge of Oracle, SQL Server, computer system validation, and GxP regulations.
