Business Strategy Intern (AI)

Location: Remote, with hybrid options in Toronto.

Compensation: $32 per hour. The internship covers 520 hours over 3 months full-time or 6 months part-time.

What you will do

• Support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives aligned with long-term business objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Create strategic presentations, reports, and business proposals for leadership review.
• Analyze key performance metrics and provide insights into the success of strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to strategic planning workshops and brainstorming sessions.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a Master's program in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management, or a related field; Master's-level enrollment or completion is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of strategic planning, market research, and business development strategies.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI, plus financial modeling.
• Familiarity with competitive analysis, trend analysis, strategic forecasting, industry research methods, and business strategy frameworks.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, independent-working, and collaboration skills.
