SAP Enterprise Asset Management / Plant Maintenance Functional Consultant (SAP S/4HANA)

What you will do

• Configure and support S/4HANA Asset Management, including technical objects, maintenance planning, and work order processing.
• Design preventive maintenance for fleet, facilities, water and wastewater, and other linear or municipal infrastructure assets.
• Configure work order types, priorities, planner groups, work centres, notifications, workflows, approvals, settlement, and costing rules.
• Design Fiori tiles and personas for maintenance planners, supervisors, and technicians, including mobile work order execution where applicable.
• Build EAM reporting for maintenance compliance, backlog, and asset cost, and support migration to Power BI.
• Support master data loads through SAP Migration Cockpit, preliminary testing, User Acceptance Testing, documentation, and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of hands-on SAP Plant Maintenance / Enterprise Asset Management functional configuration experience.
• At least one S/4HANA implementation or conversion with demonstrated PM/EAM configuration.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Asset Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience configuring preventive maintenance for fleet or linear/municipal infrastructure assets.
• Understanding of PM integration with MM and FI/CO, including reservations, procurement, settlement, cost centres, internal orders, and costing consequences.
• Ability to work directly with operations staff who are not SAP specialists.

Nice to have

• SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA Asset Management or equivalent PM/EAM certification.
• Municipal, utility, or public works EAM experience.
