What you will do

• Design, deploy, integrate, and support enterprise PAM, IAM, IGA, and cloud security technologies across Azure and AWS.
• Develop IAM governance workflows, role-based access controls, user lifecycle processes, and integrations with business applications.
• Design, test, and implement Zero Trust strategies covering identities, devices, applications, and network access.
• Engineer PAM capabilities for Windows and Linux, lead Active Directory hardening, and support the migration to Microsoft Entra ID and cloud-native identity services.
• Build automation for operational maintenance, security detection, and response; troubleshoot complex IAM and security issues through root-cause analysis.
• Maintain security documentation and playbooks, support incident escalation, and collaborate with Architecture, Risk Management, and operations teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline.
• 6+ years of relevant experience, including information security work in at least two areas such as firewall management, system hardening, IAM, identity governance, or PAM.
• Linux identity engineering and administration experience; Linux must appear on the resume.
• Experience with PAM platforms across Windows, Linux, network devices, and containerized platforms, plus IAM solutions such as Saviynt or SailPoint.
• Automation scripting experience with at least two of Python, PowerShell, API-based integrations, or no/low-code workflow automation platforms.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, networking, routing, switching, encryption, and L4–L7 protocols including SSL, HTTP, DNS, SMTP, and IPsec; familiarity with SSO, MFA, ModernAuth, SoD, least privilege, and access certifications.

Nice to have

• CISSP or Identity Management Institute certification.
• Cloud security, manufacturing environment, security policy, DLP, RMS, or CASB experience.
• Knowledge of the Cyber Kill Chain and MITRE ATT&CK framework.
• JSON development and experience using LLMs or statistical analysis for operational insights.
• Ability to communicate and document complex security concepts clearly.
