Enterprise Security Engineer (AI)

Location: Boston, MA; hybrid work with two core days in the office each week

Salary: $100,000–$124,000 annual base pay

What you will do

• Secure and continuously monitor corporate applications, including Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, and Atlassian tools.
• Harden and manage the company device fleet across macOS, Windows, Linux, iOS, and Android.
• Define security baselines and data governance strategies for corporate applications and data platforms.
• Build technical guardrails for secure adoption of LLMs, generative AI vendors, and enterprise AI integrations.
• Assess corporate tools and AI integrations, translating technical risks into actionable business guidance.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in information security, corporate application hardening, identity architecture, or data protection.
• Hands-on experience securing modern SaaS platforms through access controls, data security policies, and auditing.
• Practical understanding of zero-trust security, conditional access, endpoint context, and distributed workforces.
• Knowledge of AI/LLM security strategies, including protecting enterprise data privacy when implementing services such as Anthropic.
• Ability to explain application and data risks to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with scripting and infrastructure as code, such as Terraform, Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
