Automation Developer (AI)

Location: Hybrid, onsite three days per week in Camden, New Jersey

Salary: $104,000–$143,000 annual base salary

What you will do

• Design, develop, and support enterprise automation, AI, and agent-based solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Foundry, LLMs, and related technologies.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into scalable applications, workflows, copilots, AI agents, dashboards, and integrations across Microsoft 365 and connected enterprise systems.
• Administer automation and AI environments, including governance, security, licensing, monitoring, consumption, and adoption.
• Provide Tier 3 troubleshooting, incident resolution, technical guidance, capacity planning, and proactive maintenance.
• Collaborate with security, compliance, architecture, and technology teams on enterprise standards and responsible AI practices.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, document standards and best practices, support user training, and automate critical service testing.

Requirements

• Four or more years of experience designing, developing, and supporting Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Copilot solutions.
• Experience with Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, LLM technologies, AI agents, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Graph, Dataverse, APIs, and connectors.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, grounding, agent design, responsible AI, governance, security, compliance, and environment administration.
• Experience supporting complex enterprise solutions in a Tier 3 environment and working with SharePoint, Dataverse, and Microsoft 365 data sources.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with experience in Agile delivery and managing multiple priorities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with Claude, Cowork, PowerShell, JavaScript, C#, Python, custom connectors, APIs, data modeling, and enterprise integrations.
• Knowledge of AI solution architecture, agent orchestration, RAG patterns, model evaluation, AI lifecycle management, Entra ID, identity management, and DevOps.
• Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Copilot, Azure, or related technologies.
